Sammy's Dip
Sammy is my daughter Paige's good friend.
Thanks Sammy, this a new family favorite.
Ingredients:
1 yellow pepper chopped
1 orange pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 can black beans
1 can corn or hominy (whichever you prefer or both)
Cilantro chopped
Green Onions chopped
1/2 bottle of Hendrickson's Italian dressing/marinade-add more to taste.
Mix ingredients together and serve with tortilla chips
This is so good!
